Shipping Information
Typically, all in-stock merchandise will ship within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We ship our orders from Wisconsin Dells to arrive within 2 to 8 business days after the package leaves our location.

Damaged Packages
Your purchase will be packed with extreme care to ensure that it arrives at your door in perfect condition. However, on rare occasions, damage does occur. Please notify us 1-888-992-6474 within 10 days of receipt of damaged items. Have your shipment tracking number available when calling.

Please keep all damaged packaging in case the shipper requests an inspection. You may be asked to return the broken merchandise to us.

Return Policy
Ambiance accepts returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt on unopened/unused merchandise in resalable condition less all shipping costs.

Unfortunately - and without exception - we will not accept returns on used items.

Due to possible product tampering, Ambiance cannot accept returns or exchanges on ANY food items. This policy maintains strict quality control guidelines and ensures that every item that is shipped is guaranteed 100 percent original manufacturer product.

Ambiance does NOT accept returns of special orders or clearance sale items.

Please note that if you wish to exchange products, the return and replacement shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customers.

To return an item, please call us at 1-888-992-6474 between the hours of 10 AM and 5 PM Central Time for a Return Authorization Number and for return/exchange information. We will not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box.

Please have available the original receipt and reason you wish to return the item(s) so we can process your request in a timely fashion. No refund will be given without the original receipt and all refunds are subject to approval.

Return authorizations are valid for no more than 21 days. Returned merchandise must be received at our store within the 21-day grace period.

Pack merchandise securely in the original shipping package and send it via insured USPS or UPS, as all items must be received in resalable condition. Upon receiving and after inspecting the items - if approved - we will issue a refund minus all applicable shipping costs.

All refunds are in the form of a credit/return to the credit card used in the original transaction. No refund will be issued until we have received the item(s). Refunds usually appear on your credit card statement within one to two billing cycles. Allow 10 days for processing your return once we receive it.
